The rotating cleaner is installed under the return belt of the conveyor. It has cylinder shape nylon brush and is driven by the motor. The brush-tip touch slightly the belt surface. The rotating direction of the nylon brush is opposite to that of the return belt, Therefore, it brushes away the particles of material adhered to the belt surface into the funnel.

The dimensions of the rotating cleaner (referred as this device after) are decided according to the framework dimensions of TD75 and TD II. Since the rotating brush of this system takes up the position of the progressive wheel of the framework (the progressive wheel move forward a bit), when customers are selecting this system, we will change the drawings free of charge and produce non-standard products for our customers.
During the installation, the rotating of the nylon brush should be opposite to that of the belt surface that it touches.
Since this device is used in bad working condition for example it has a lot of dust and is very damp, in order to avoid the granular material to be adhered to the surface of this device parts, there fore it is necessary to consider self-cleaning characteristic of all the parts, for example the brush itself uses nylon thread of strange shape in order to keep clean. The fixation method for the brush uses a structure that facilitates repair work.
Due the abrasion of the brush, after using it for a certain period of time, adjust contact length between the brush and belt surface accordingly. There fore, this device uses a structure that is easy to be adjusted. At the same time, due to bad working condition, parts themselves very likely rust away, this device uses a lot of stainless steel material to ensure that the whole structure facilitates adjustment.
