642 Gasket sheet is rolling pressed or die-pressed by high pure expanded graphite sheet 640, inner lined by metal mesh. The normal inner lined material is 1.4301 (304), 1.4401 (316) stainless steel or iron wire mesh, with the graphite content above 98%, and the graphite layer density 1.0 g/cm3.
