OEM & ODM are welcome. At the initial phase for design and development , we accept pattern, blueprints ,CAD data or digital scanning of existing foam parts from customers. We oversee all aspects of mold construction, provide prototypes if necessary and prepare the molds for full production. At the second phase, samples will be produced and send to customer for final approval. At the third phase, we make more molds for mass production and punctual delivery. Often a customer will come to us with existing aluminum molds. These molds can be easily adapted to our production line.
